You Dazzle Me !

Don't you just love that statement?  "You dazzle me"....what a great way to tell someone how special they are.  That's what I had in mind for today's card.  

The new Pocketful of Sunshine stamp set is just full of really cute stamp images. Those sunglasses are so adorable!  This set is a bundle with matching framelits, so I was able to cut out my pocket and sunglasses quickly and without much effort.  I stamped the pocket seams on Dapper Denim card stock, and the glasses were stamped on Lemon Lime Twist in Archival Black ink.  A strip of the Naturally Eclectic paper with all those "gems" made a perfect match to the sentiment.  A few of our new sparkling Glitter gems adds a perfect touch to finish off the card.

Tranquil Tulips

Hi friends! It's time for another stamp camp card. This month, we are going to use the beautiful Tranquil Tulips stamp set. Oh my! A soft, water color image makes a perfect focal point for the Naturally Eclectic designer paper. 

I used the new In Color Berry Burst for the card base, and the yummy Lemon Lime Twist for the scalloped oval behind the white. The tulips are inked with Berry Burst, Soft Sky and Peekaboo Peach, with Pear Pizzaz ink for the stems and leaves. 

This stamp set gives such a light and dark look, even without stamping off.  The stamps are textured so that you stamp the farthest petals first, then fill it in with the front petals. Gives the tulips a lot of dimension.
