It's Sunday Night Already ?

This day sure has gone by fast. I didn't get as much crafting done as I would have liked, but I did promise another new card.  So, I am posting one of the cards we made at our team stamp a stack last Monday night (because I didn't get a card done today).  I am honoring the "child" in all of us...so today's card is one a young person would surely enjoy!  I do not have the recipe for it, but it's fun just the same. All products are Stampin; Up! though... Hope you like it.  :-)

Once again, I apologize for not keeping up with my blog. The past couple of weeks has been spent working (of course), and getting prepared for a Stamp a Stack marathon.  My team mates (Dazzling Diamond Ink Team) put together a wonderful party; we had 31 guests and 10 tables.  Everyone stopped at each table and made a card, so each guest walked away with 10 cards, gift certificates and free stamp sets.  We had such a wonderful time!  I love these gatherings....they are SO much fun! But...now I am tired.  After a few hours preparing corporate billing for my husband's mail box store, it's into the craft room to create something using retired products.  We are having our team meeting Saturday and turning it into a "shoe box swap".  The rules are....make 1 card using retired products only, put all the supplies in a shoe box then pass it around and everyone makes a card using the supplies in the box.  Something new and different, but at least we get to stamp!  YAY !  When I have my card complete, I will post it later tonight.  Until then, have a wonderful Blessed Sunday !

Weekend's Come and Gone.....

Hello again friends.  This weekend is almost over...where did the time go? I had to work Saturday and with my domestic chores (laundry, cleaning, cooking, etc) there wasn't much time left for card making.  So today I will post a card I made a while back, but have not yet shared with you.  Leave me comments...I love your input!

I'm Getting There! (Or here?)

I am so sorry that I have not been on my blog at all since I started creating it.  Life has, once again, "got in the way of my creativity".  Many changes at work; I lost 2 employees, then my Branch Manager, then a new Manager, and WHEW!  What a whirlwind!  I do however have 1 card for you today.  I am part of the Dazzling Diamonds Ink Team and we are having a Stamp-a-Stack party on February 26th in Chandler, AZ.  I had to find some time to create something for that, so here it is.  I hope you like it.  It's not much, but they have to be quick as our guests will be going from table to table to create at least 10 cards that day.
I am SO new at this, I am really not sure what all these buzz words are about or what they mean. So, if anyone has any suggestions to make this easier, I am ALL ears!  Thanks for stopping by...leave me comments please... :-)  Have a wonderful day!
